1. Check the List of Channels for Sale Go to Sales List

Search the list by keyword, price range, etc.
and check detailed information on the sales page. On the sales page, you can check the channel's sale price, recent subscribers/views, target audience, revenue, warning status, and more.

2. Apply for Purchase

After clicking [Apply for Purchase] at the bottom of the sales page,
you need to confirm the purchase in My Page > Channel Transactions. Transaction guidance will be sent to both the seller and buyer via SMS/email.
Check the channel's country/age/gender/revenue studio screen and click [Confirm Transaction].

3. Deposit the Purchase Amount Go to Channel Transaction System

Check the purchase amount in My Page > Channel Transactions
and deposit the purchase amount by selecting individual/company/cryptocurrency. Individual purchase: Channel price + 6% fee
Corporate purchase: (Channel price + 6% fee) + 10% VAT
Cryptocurrency purchase (coming soon): Channel price + 3% fee

4. Owner Invitation

After confirming the deposit, an email will be sent inviting you as the channel owner.
Please accept the invitation email. The invitation email will be sent to the owner email entered by the buyer.
It may take some time due to the seller's external schedule, but usually the invitation is sent within a day.

5. Ownership Transfer Go to Channel Transaction System

The main ownership change is physically possible after one week.
Other details such as revenue settlement, contract terms, and FAQ can be checked in the channel transaction system.

Q. Can I check the channel name or URL? Due to the nature of digital assets and channel protection, it is a principle not to disclose the channel name during sales. Please check the detailed data on the channel sales page, such as subscribers, views, number of videos, audience demographics, etc.

However, as a policy, the channel name and URL can be disclosed only if (1) the channel price is over 10 million KRW and (2) a confidentiality agreement is signed.

If the channel you want to purchase meets these two conditions, please send a 1:1 inquiry with the sales page URL of the channel you want to purchase and the email address for signing. We will request an electronic confidentiality agreement.

Q. How long do I have to deposit after applying for purchase? You must deposit within 1-2 days. If there are multiple purchase applicants, the channel will be transferred to the first depositor.

Q. Is the channel guaranteed? Can I get a refund? Socialerus does not guarantee channels. It is a brokerage platform that provides information entered by the seller. (Channel data is directly collected/analyzed by Socialerus.)
Refunds are not possible after accepting the ownership invitation.
If the seller has clearly provided false information and the down payment has not been transferred to the seller, a refund may be possible.
Subjective opinions such as poor quality or broken algorithms are not grounds for a refund.

1. Register Your Channel on Socialerus Register My Channel

To sell a channel, you must first
register the channel in the Socialerus system and match it with your account. Please register your channel in My Page > My Channel Management.
After admin review, it will be registered in the Socialerus system and data collection/analysis will take about 2 days.
Channels with very few subscribers, channels purchased overseas, or poor content may not be registered due to internal regulations.

2. Register Channel for Sale

Please enter the sales information truthfully and in detail. The channel name must not be exposed in the attached studio screen. After admin review, it will be listed for sale. Refunds or legal issues arising from false information are the seller's responsibility.

3. Set Sale Price

A price guide is provided when registering for sale.
Please check the price guide and other channels' prices and register an appropriate sale price. After being listed for sale, the first week is the golden time. Do not miss this golden time with an unrealistic price.

4. Purchase Application Notification Manage My Info

When a buyer applies for purchase, a notification is sent via SMS/email.
You must confirm the sale in My Page > Channel Transactions for the transaction to proceed. Please make sure your phone number is entered correctly in Manage My Info.
If you do not confirm the sale within a day, the transaction will be canceled, and if repeated several times, your sale registration will be canceled as it is considered you have no intention to sell.

5. Owner Invitation Go to Channel Transaction System

Check the buyer's email in the channel transaction system and invite them as the owner. To invite as an owner, the channel must be converted to a "Brand Channel".
If the channel is registered with external music services such as JjalStudio, please cancel all of them. In Studio > Settings > Permissions, you can invite as "Owner". If only 'Invite as Manager' is visible, you need to convert the channel to a brand channel. Please refer to YouTube FAQ and blogs to convert your channel to a brand channel and invite as owner.

6. Sale Proceeds

After owner invitation, the down payment (50%, 1-2 business days) is paid, and after main ownership change, the balance (3-4 business days) is paid. The exact amount and payment method can be checked in the channel transaction system.
The main ownership change takes about a week due to Google policy, so it may take more than 10 days to complete the transaction.

7. Contract Terms and Revenue Settlement

You can check contract terms, FAQ, and revenue settlement methods in the channel transaction system.
Revenue settlement and cancellation of external music services other than the transaction are not handled by Socialerus. Please refer to the channel transaction system and proceed directly or with the buyer.

Q. Can I sell multiple channels? Yes, you can. All channels must be registered in the Socialerus system and matched with your account as described. Please register your channels in My Page > My Channel Management in advance.

Q. I can't see "Invite as Owner", only "Invite as Manager". You need to convert your channel to a brand channel. Please check the owner invitation section in the guide. YouTube FAQ

Q. Do I have to change ownership myself? After the owner invitation, you must not change/delete ownership in any way. The transaction will be canceled and a refund may be required.
